Optimal location, very very helpful staff, tidy venue, sensational breakfast. Double room is individual, we also loved scenic views. Flexible check out too. It is within walking distance of Madhatters Tearoom, where you can have dinner.

our favourite place to stay in whitby. cool location, brilliant service and cheap food. understanding staff gave us a light room after a long flight. the pool was heated and there were a jacuzzi and a sauna.

Spotless and incredibly friendly place and the breakfast was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. I enjoyed the room — it was amazing new with a homey decor. The beds were soft as were the pillows. The easy check-in process too.

I appreciated this hotel, it was fairly clean and charming small. Very comfy beds, coffee and flat-screen TV were a nice touch. I got an extremely pleasant room and the staff were amicable! Satisfactory breakfast with plenty of food options. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from whale bone arch.
